Office Make Goods

At the end of a commercial lease, there is typically a clause relating to exiting the premises which requires the tenant to ‘make good’ the premises by taking it back to an open plan or base building layout.

When completing an office make good, we work with our clients to ensure that there is a clear understanding of their responsibilities based on the lease to ensure our clients are not doing any works beyond the scope of the lease. Once the works are ready to commence we then liaise with building management to ensure a successful outcome.
